A student is missing from my course roster or they say my course does not appear on their portfolio account:

| This problem can easily be solved by the instructor using the following instructions: |
- Login to the portfolio system.
- Select the Course Roster option for the appropriate course.
- View the list of names and WKU IDs. If there is an ID and a Name - then the student is associated with the course AND has registered in the Portfolio System. If there is an ID WITHOUT a Name - the the student is associated with the course but HAS NOT registered in the Portfolio System .
- If the ID does not on the course roster list, type on the 800 number (8xxxxxxxx) into the ADD/DELETE Student box and press the INSERT button. The ID will appear on the list and the student's name will appear if they have registered in the Portfolio System.
- Have all students Register in the Portfolio System if they have not done so. This will give us there information and let them establish a password.
- If the students forget their password, they can look under the Student Help option and there is an online form to get it reset.
